The idea is good, but I really don't like Shadow? She's a hypocrite. She's mad at Eric for ditching her, but repeatedly shows that she never really loved him either. She used him as a shield. And her anger at Augustine is completely unjustified? She doesn't even explain why she feels this way, just goes on and on about not liking him. It's a bit annoying.
