He had gone along way from book one

i love each and every one of his friends. They should’ve been here through the rest of the series

omg merrick. Where has he been hiding throughout this series. He should’ve been here since book one

Just at the end of the last book, and beginning of this one:
1. Henry’s father died - had a heart attack after being with a 25 year old (he is 62)
2. turns out henry’s brother murdered him by drugging him
3. brother tries to r*pe abigail
4. housekeeper kill brother to protect abigail
5. brother isn’t actually henry’s brother - instead half brother
6. Henry finds out he has a daughter with his old teacher

so um. He has a daughter. With his boarding school teacher, might i just add. Whilst he was 16, and her, 29. He didn’t know about it either. This series has been crazy
