At first, I wasn’t a huge fan of the writing style—it’s clear Weber enjoys puns, and lots of them. But despite these (albeit small) on-the-nose moments, Weber’s authorial voice has really grown on me. She nestles stories within stories, and often veers from a linear timeline. Needless to say, I’m being kept on my toes!
