I am hating this book.
Characters are flat and nearly indistinguishable.
Sometimes the narrator uses 'the killer' but other times uses 'I' so it is unclear if the narrator is the killer. Then all of a sudden there is 'the other killer'.
The conversations boring and take up so much of the story but adding nothing to it.

How many times do we need to count the floors in the elevator or point out there is no 13th floor
Of course there is no 13th floor, what building actually has a 13th floor?
At one point it is stated that the security surveillance has no volume, then later entire conversations are listened to from the security room full of 60+ monitors.
