Really really enjoying it so far. I love the whole host of quirky and uniquely different characters, the settings, the imagery. It’s all so savory, so indulging to sink my teeth into. The little subplots of romance, intrigue, mystery; it’s all very gripping. It makes me feel as if I’m transplanted into a whole new Asian world, a luxurious island of its own drama, if you will.

Really enjoying this drama filled, rich people escapades enriching soap opera-esque book by the author of crazy rich Asians. Really loving the gripping writing style, reads like a gossip magazine, you’re Gossip girl meets bridgerton esque in a book. It’s totally crazy rich Asians coded, I’m absolutely loving it. Love the different characters being introduced to us. Can’t wait to continue reading this :))
