So far this book is better than the first one in the series, City on Fire. And I liked that one very much. Maybe it's because I know the characters so well that's it's a comfort factor. This one has Danny Ryan on the run in California and he's involved in the movie industry. (No spoilers) Similar to Elmore Leonard's Get Shorty. It's a fast read and I'll probably finish it this week. Yes, I'm a slow reader.
