...made up rich people degree so it doesn't count. Excuse me? What the fuck? No one gets a fucking PhD for fun and certainly wouldn't ever discount it like that. The author obviously has no idea how much work and passion getting a fucking PhD entails and a Dr. would not just blow it off like it was nothing and worthless. That was very very frustrating to me because what the fuck she claims to have been in academia...

I'm aware that this is a quite brainless read, as is most of the romance I consume, and I do remember being quite irritated about some of the things being said/done, just in a no one would ever say that kind of way but it was also like 3 am so I have no clue what they were. Oh wait I do remember her aunt saying oh well you have a PhD from an Ivy league and her being like oh but it's in art history which is just a...
