Really crawling to the finish line with this one

Really hope the ending pulls a rabbit out of a hat cause it’s been pretty meh so far.

I’m trying to decide if the protagonist is autistic or not

Book is written like journal entries of the protagonist exploring a seemingly endless house that seems to have its own ecosystem despite being barren of life. Interesting so far. It’s referenced Narnia twice which either means it’s going to be a really good read or something totally heretical. We’ll see!
