rereading so i can give the other 2 books a try, but this book is sooooo long, and i feel like it really doesn’t need to be. also the naming conventions are lowkey giving eragon to me in a “we’re going to try to have linguistic reasoning for some of the most convoluted names you’ve ever seen”
