You know, the type--suppurt her man when he's no one, teaches him manners, helps him grow, washes his clothes, cooks and cleans for him, listens, advocates for him, backs him, figures out his shit for him, provides therapy, validates him so he can achieve his dreams, so he can find himself and be a success. Then, once he has it all, bam! he leaves. You know the type.

"Medea Gave Me an Abortion" a young woman's dad is a a soldier in the National Army. She's a "goth" and lives in a house with her mother who is a hippy turned suburban housewife. They have money, so she turns to weed and a "bad boy" boyfriend for some excitement/rebellion. She ends up pregnant and her BF is missing.
A witch shows up and helps her have an abortion (this is descriptive/warning)

I love Dahlia de la Cerda's storytelling voice. It's immediately compelling and has this conversational tone like you're listening to a friend tell this wild tale.
