I'm working my way through #3, but the Dungeon Crawler Carl books keep showing up at my library. Is four worth the read? I'm halfway through 3 and not sure how I feel about it yet.

Belatedly replying.
By the second half of 3 I really got into it. I found the first half very confusing. And book 4 is like that, but now that I expected that “rhythm” I enjoyed it more.
They’re like sci fi mysteries in that as the progress you learn what the hell is happening.

But if my it don’t like 3 by the end…. Skip 4!

I’m nervous about dungeon crawler Carl. Everyone loves it, but I worry the comedy won’t work for me.
