Why in chapter 3 does the author suddenly shift from third-person limited POV to third-person omniscient? It's sudden and confusing, especially when the POV shifts from character to character in rapidly alternating paragraphs.
Another thing that really irritated me (and perhaps the author did this on purpose to garner sympathy for the MC) was that the Dean of NLC didn't offer counseling to the victim.
