I went into this book without any prior knowledge on fawning. After the first chapter, something clicked. I feel like I've finally been given the words to articulate the way I've been feeling for years, and an explanation for why social interactions are a source of exhaustion rather than fulfillment. Super excited to continue reading and (hopefully) learn to enrich my interpersonal relationships.
