Based off of Lily’s file, I expected more based on the way she talked about it. She talked like she did all of these wicked things? Meanwhile I’m over here going where are these supposed terrible things she did. But her and Bel? Enjoying that.

Sometimes this book feels like it meanders a bit. But then it has these moments. Bel talking about his dad? Yeah. That’s one.

Thought it started a bit slow until we meet Bel. Then it feels like the story picks up more. Also a prince in hell who’s a giant fantasy nerd? Kind of fun. Already love Lucifer and his meddling matchmaking self.

Apparently for Lily, her idea of a good time in the afterlife is manning a help desk at the gates of hell where she can finally say what she’s really thinking. This after a lifetime of customer service jobs. Even got herself a real life Karen.

This week’s TBR game winner from my socials. Seems like an interesting premise.
