What an interesting musing and it is absolutely fair - having the US station nuclear warheads in the UK as a deterrent also means…. The US can star a nuclear warheads in Europe without the UK even knowing. Isnt it the US’s dark dream to destroy Europe ? Something about envy something….

Eye opening- always thought that the evacuation was successful and while the kids were sad to leave home they were still well cared for. As the author says - shipped off and selected as if it was a slave market
