Harry admits to himself that he loves Iain.

Crocker threatens harry with the knowledge that he knows of him and Iain because of montagu’s spies. This is to force henry to start losing in the tournaments.

Harry and Iain go to the knight Tournament together with Iain as his squire despite them not being friendly right now. Iain is quickly noticed as an outsider to the other english squires.

Harry and Iain continue to have secret intimate moments but it’s eating up Iain when Harry ignores him for the sake of his own guilt and secrecy. Iain is torn up from Harry ignoring him over and over after they love and confesses that he wants Harry all the time not just sometimes. This time Iain tells Harry never to touch him again.

Harry hosts Rabbie and the bishop as they look for Peter and his lover but find nothing. His hall gets them wasted so they leave asap in the morning. Harry avoids iain afraid of his sin giving him away.
