Ch. 2 emphasizes rejoicing in God and his sovereignty when anxiety and perceived lack of control rattle us. God is flying the plane, not us -- rejoice, relinquish, relax and fear not. Reflecting on His glory is nearly impossible to do simultaneously with fear and anxiety.

Ch 4, end Part 1: God is sovereign and has a plan for those who love him. Despite turmoil, sorrow, anxiety, loss, He is sustaining us and has a lesson plan and pattern to weave for those with faith. It is well with my soul.
