Ch. 2 emphasizes rejoicing in God and his sovereignty when anxiety and perceived lack of control rattle us. God is flying the plane, not us -- rejoice, relinquish, relax and fear not. Reflecting on His glory is nearly impossible to do simultaneously with fear and anxiety.
