i always get excited about grey’s books, so hearing that she’s going by a different name and writing urban fiction instead of black romance really got me. but i don’t know why i expected something so different. just like her some of her previous books, this was sadly hard for me to get into :(

also, i have to say that i hate with an actual passion the website thing where you can only purchase certain books. right now, i wanna read essence’s book, but i can’t cause it’s not available except through her frickin website. on top of that, you can only access it on the 28th of each month, so only one flipping day… do you want the money or not?! i do want her new series to be about the kids i would scream
