For Auren to just openly except Rissa and Polly to stay at slades castle is honestly so crazy after everything that’s happened. Rissa was maybe coming around at the end of the last book but like not that much. To come right to the castle and DEMAND a room, bath, and whatever else is so crazy. Like yall forget yall r on the run? Auren shouldn’t give them shit tbh, no money, no gold, and def no shelter.

She should just go to the conflux and show off her magic like why not. But I also know she won’t let Slade starve the kingdom and hurt innocents. But slades hot when he’s angry in these political situations
