This is nothing like anything I’ve ever read from Kathryn Ann Kingsley. It’s so unique! You can definitely see how much she’s grown as a writer. I’m totally impressed.
One thing I would have liked is if the audiobook narrator was a woman, since the story is from a female POV. It’s slightly distracting for me to hear a dude, so I’m using Speechify to rectify the disjointment.
