He leaves his plantation, which is going fine, to go on a voyage to ENSLAVE MORE PEOPLE in a place that doesn’t smile upon bringing in slaves. After he was enslaved and escaped. After Africans helped him survive. And he’s going to help enslave more people. This man deserves to be shipwrecked.

So he, let’s see, bemoans his slavery which seemed pretty tame overall, escapes that slavery, then turns around and sells the young boy who helped him escape into ten years indentured servitude, and then BUYS a slave. This jerk… I don’t think I am going to be able to empathize with his upcoming plight.
