Loved the other book-Husband/wife duo. I furled my brows once. I didn’t understand why she was so hardened. Like all of a sudden she’s an unphased bad ass with a gun. But this one? The communication between the two.. eh. When you add slut with anything it’s a no. But pair it with pathetic and desperation? Big no.
