it was way too easy to zone out. i’m afraid i just can’t do these academic theory ish books on audiobook. this one was kind of like reading a review article/paper i guess. except i found all the philosophy irritating. i gueeessss all the theories discussed were presented more or less chronologically? idk. i don’t think i learned much. or it’s a very vague refresher of stuff ive heard before in psych classes.
