Well, damn. However, there is no right way to bear this kind of news. Even though I’m getting frustrated with her, I don’t wanna pass judgment because I wouldn’t know what to do in this situation, but I do know that she needs to go to Therapy with her old ass.

I like Dominic but I would’ve Kareemed her. Well at least he did with his words.

I can understand her feeling the way that she felt and I can even understand her blaming her father for not being there. But now that I’m a parent, I am seeing that I am going to be making so many mistakes. I hope my daughter isn’t expecting perfection from me or that.

Homegirl is looking for answers everywhere but within herself. And she black outs again, ima reach in the book and smack her out of it.

I’m getting tired of her “blacking out” when I need to know what the hell just happened. I do it too but damn, let us in!

He’s WHAT?

This chapter reminds that a job is just that…a job. No matter what those people are not your friends nor family. They will have someone in your position before your body gets cold. I’m rooting for Dionne.

Do you think she should wait for a result to tell Kareem? I’m conflicted but I also dint think HIV is transmitted that simply- as in just sticking it in and now you have it. But I know me...I’d tell him to get tested because that’s what I would’ve want.

Yall are mature. I’m sitting here like...she went through all that and still didn’t get any! Smh. I would’ve just gone to sleep after these events. But I’m locked in.

This chapter left me with questions which is not a bad thing. I loved the Caribbean woman on the train. Something about her is fearless, and I could tell that she’s been through some stuff when she leaves Dionne letting her know that everything was gonna be OK. The cliffhanger at the end, I think I know what’s going on but every time I think I know something I’m wrong. Mind you this is only the first chapter.
