The best fantasy world building is to take a standard monotheistic saying like "Goddamned" or "for God's sake", and make it polytheistic, like "godsdamned" "for the gods' sake".

@Elizabeth: Yeah, I've skimmed through the audiobook, and some of the later ones, as well as looked at the descriptions for 5 4 and 5, and I can definitely tell that it's "came for the porn, stayed for the... well, stayed for the porn, but also the plot".
