Concept of the running man is still intriguing, as well as the world building.
But I’m getting tired of Richard not doing anything and bleeding out for literally the last 30 chapters.

I feel like Stephan King read a news article about air quality and reverse engineered the respirator to create a valid reason to stay inside and watch TV all day. You can’t make this up

The concept for the story is very compelling. A country wide man hunt for prize money? Heck yeah! It’s also a decently easy read. However, it throws around slurs every other page and despite Ben being married, he just has to get up in every woman’s business. He’s probably one of the least likable protagonists I’ve read :P
