Oh, Natasha...can't be love if it does this to you, can it?

Losing all hope that Natasha will become a good character I'm afraid...

I have finally reached the part in War and Peace where the book becomes hard to put down. After Austerlitz it's been banger after banger, but although I have learned to love Rostov, Pierre and Andrei, Natasha is still somewhat uninteresting to me. I hope she has better moments in the second part!

P.S. I'm like 90% sure Nikolai is bisexual.

Between my thesis and Tolstoy's absurd commitment to detail, War and Peace is starting to feel like the first truly endless novel.

But I must go on. There is no way back now.
