The main guy who rents out the place to the main character is an absolute ass, but she has finally got to meet him and finds out the recluse is not an old man but a hot guy. Her work days and cheesy lines make this book a little dull but overall fun

This 20 something moved to Arizona from Boston to work for her best friend and get a fresh start. The place she is renting for 6 months is gorgeous and the landlord is a recluse noone wants to talk about… she thinks he is a senior old man and the more people are hush about him the more her stubborn curiosity gets to her. Turns out her is a handsome man that is close to her age and is wheelchair bound the last year due to a stroke. I believe, this is going to turn into her helping him heal and in turn she will too… and probably become an item. That’s what my vibes think
