The main guy who rents out the place to the main character is an absolute ass, but she has finally got to meet him and finds out the recluse is not an old man but a hot guy. Her work days and cheesy lines make this book a little dull but overall fun

So far a very fun romantic comedy. The main character is a fun character to me.
