Well I found out what a rusty puppy is. These bad dudes are having dog fights and when a dog gets killed they dump the body in a nasty pond filled with water and saw dust. When the body floats up it's covered in sawdust and looks like rust. Hence, RUSTY PUPPY. They toss people in there too.
