Some essays were good, Sam says or bad or just a skip because they weren’t interesting topics to me. Her style of writing is very narrative, but also all over the place. I liked the pieces that were more researched. I have no idea who Caroline Calloway is, so I’ll be enough. Those were not super interesting to me. Possibly a good book for somebody else.

Oddly enough, I liked her dissection of body image in the fashion/jean industry better than her Caroline Calloway expose. Partially because I’ve never followed Caroline. Partially because it was just better. Like overall so far.
