This book is spectacular, not just topically but in the approach to tackling the genre of alternate history. It’s a history of a fictional socio-political project, like what if Khruschev was Dengist. That’s incredible, I love it. What if someone made something on the creation of a competent state in 1930s Argentina or even post-Shah Iranian liberalism. The world is your oyster!
