We have lost. We know what it is to grieve and miss someone so badly we can't breathe. But because of that loss, we will love deeper, support each other further, and show up for one another harder. Loss teaches us how to cherish love.

There would always be a part of me that was sad because of losing Poppy. But that was loss. That was grief. We were always a little bit scarred. But we could move on. At whatever pace we needed.

that which is broken, once repaired, can be more beautiful than it was before.

I like mine a little off center. It’s go Wabi-sabi. Sometimes it's the small imperfections that make you love something even more. So what if this rose is a little too short, a little too wide? It's got more
personality than those other ones.

Laughter is the medicine that heals the soul

Your grief does not make you a bad person. The way you process it does not make you weak.

Death is the best lesson in life. Death teaches us to live, for the short amount of time we are here. Death teaches us to live with all our heart and soul, day by day, minute by treasured minute.

in life, we will all experience loss. And we will all honor our loved ones in some personal way.

Sometimes we keep things to ourselves, so soul destroying that they can tear us apart inside.
