I stand by this: I’m kind, but I’ve never been called nice and I don’t rly like the word😅🤪 It means no backbone.

I’ve seen so many reviews complaining abt the footnotes in this book and how it’s a sign of poor writing and now I finally have proof that Kuang did it intentionally ahhhh- she added a footnote abt how footnotes are inherently racist/suppress language bc they were used way more in translations into English to the point that you loose the intended rhythm and meaning of the original work. READ CRITICALLY bruh
