Taking me forever to read but honestly it really isn't as bad at the last few... Which isn't saying much.

Not to give Brown too much credit, but I actually do find the zealot in this one to be interesting, and the way he's tying into the story is intriguing.

Maybe he's always been like this and I'm just realizing now, but Brown structures his books as if he knows it's going to be adapted to film or television.

It's really odd how Brown attempts to ignore the events of all of the previous novels, yet repeatedly refered to Langdon as a famous Symbologist. Like brother, he's only famous because he's been on so many adventures. Why does Brown want me to believe that Langdon had a really easy going and peaceful life before the events of each book? Why does Langdon say he's never had a near death experience when he did in Origin

He can't even wait that long before reminding the reader that something unexplainable ISN'T happening

Why do people think it's a good idea to get the law against Langdon, as if, famously, the law wasn't always after him in vain?

Ok cool I see what's going on here. Clever. NOT!

What if the zealot is actually a good guy? I don't know. If I know Dan Brown this one is pretty much wrapped up already.
