I...genuinely don't know how to feel about that ending.

"stories" is right! (˚ ˃̣̣̥⌓˂̣̣̥ ) The leaps go so far in trying to tie all these files together! Don't get me wrong, it's interesting- but just so incredibly hard to believe. I'm glad that it's not just ending with Kurihara's theory, and that it IS being revisited- because I agree that something doesn't quite add up (and I think it's something about Yaeko herself...maybe?).

This is crazy.

Something is more than weird with Akemi's story, and more than the strangeness of the building, I'm more concerned with Yaeko- perhaps because of the other stories I've read by Uketsu- but that incident seems...off, not just an accident. Especially with Mitsuru's silence.

I'm not really a fan of Matsue's little "prank" though I can understand wanting to be a bit cruel given the subject matter and lie. I'm really curious how that fire happened, and if there truly is an answer, because right now I'm leaning towards Kasahara's father being the perpetrator- despite it being a bit far fetched.

Storylines are coming together! I still don't know to where/what though

That was really tough to read.

While I found this chapter to be the most boring so far (due to the droning writing style of the magazine author) it was also the most surprising (visually) at the end of the case file

Okay, things are *starting to come together- and there's some hypotheticals for the watermill now ^^

I would most certainly consider that murder - with the way the building is set up, but do actual laws see it the same way? It's a really interesting premise- is it murder or an accident since it was built for "that" person?
