I’m in the introduction and I’m already obsessed even with just the critical thinking of this novel. The stance between the apolitical Madonna vs if this novel is silently political is amazing. And if instead Ali has made Raif apathetic due to self protection so he doesn’t share the same tragedy as Ali himself… I’m obsessed with this argument and judgment.
