GUYSSSS. This is so good. I feel like I’m in an action adventure treasure hunt heist set in some magical desert world with rich culture and lore that we’re still learning about. Ahhh can’t get enough. I am sussy of someone on the team but we’ll see if it’s them or not. Ahh and the banter! Also are we leading toward aliens??? 👀

I am LOVING this magic system! Seriously the inked tattoo magic. The crest and different customs between lands. The Forced Proximity and the constant action/adventure tension that comes with the mission. I def feel the mummy vibes and it feels like the two MCs are constantly evaluating, probing, bantering and butting heads in the most fun way. I’ve been wanting a Naruto/ninja fic and this is kinda giving it to me

Ooh! I love how sassy and direct Davina is. The bickering is already making me Kick my feet giggling. and WOW the whole tattoo magic with the tree sap + bark dynamics is so frickin COOL
