I hate the way 90% of authors treat "unattractive" people. I am obviously NOT talking about the MMC here, who is supposedly ugly, but so incredibly MASCULINE that women are throwing themselves at him. God forbid "unattractive" people just fucking EXIST without needing to be constantly dunked on by the narrative. We all know that THEY don't deserve romance, am I right? GOD romance books are so shallow way too often.
