I can understand why this book was such a success - I feel I'm on the coastal path with Moth and Ray. I spent most of my childhood holidays in Cornwall, so I know many of the places mentioned. But it's so disappointing to know that it's not actually true. I am curious to find out which parts were embellished/fabricated... Something to Google once I'm done.
