Right off the bat I can tell the prose needs some serious refining. It reads like a polished manuscript ready for its serious editor to pick it up. So glad this is in Kindle Unlimited.

Changing PoV and jumping from head to head is a cardinal sin. Not only does it confuse the reader but it ruins the suspense as the reader discovers the story. It is important to have the story unfold from one espeficic POV.
