Its shocking to see how similar American military procedure towards Vietnamese civilians in the Vietnam War was to how American cops engage civilians of African American descent, shooting civilians in the back if they ran, if they didn’t run, if they looked at troops the wrong way or not at all, planting “evidence” on civilians, etc.
