This new Pickett story ensnared my interest from the first page! CJ Box’s stories have always been top tier writing, and this book only goes to show that his character crafting is only getting better!

Sounds like this one grabbed you immediately, Kerrin! Joe Pickett is a series I still haven't tried, but fifteen books in and apparently still going strong is a pretty good recommendation. 😊📚 Enjoy the rest!

Hi Walter! Thanks! I know I’ll enjoy the rest. If you ever get the inclination to read the Joe Pickett series, I’d recommend reading them in order to get a richer experience. A similar series in the Walt Longmire series which is an excellent series. Incidentally Walt Longmire is a Sheriff in the same state as Joe Pickett. LOL!
