I’m enjoying this book more than I expected. It is quite practical and also simple. I’m a little concerned it’s about to get really repetitive.

A lot of the language sounds like Christian hedonism. It’s quite focused on experience/practice. Overall good, at this point I don’t think it’s good enough that I would recommend it.
