This is a ridiculous book about our ridiculous world. What I mean is, so many intense and terrible situations happen that are entirely believable. This book is making me feel sad, hopeful, resigned and grateful all at once.

Are we ever going to achieve world peace? No, and that’s a Damn-Dam shame.
