I imagine that if these characters actually had opinions about each other and inner lives outside of their stories (beyond the fame-seeking), Chef Assassin would hate the Earl of Slander’s guts, considering their respective crimes. Generally, I’m having much more fun with the main plot than the short stories.

Uwielbiam ich

As of now, Guts, Foot Work, and Swan Song were standouts, but everything else is really average (and often boring). I thought people were exaggerating, but these stories truly are hit or miss. On an unrelated note, I’m already a fan of SGF and MN’s fake love subplot. Even if they’re not actually in love, the scene where he asks her out is weirdly sweet.
