it's so hard to explain what this book is like.
that MCs still barely talk to each other, but i kinda knew that going in as i believe it was warned on the arc page.
and yet, i still like it...
i'm at 3.5 rn, (which isn't a bad thing!) but bc i just... enjoy it, it'll prob be rounded to 4.
i have a feeling i'm gonna get rambly (in lwk a goodish way) during my review while trying to explain lol.

this book is cute.
grumpy, retired knight (and his warhorse)/sunshine, gardener neighbor.
the writing is interesting, it fits the book i think.
simple and cute.
