Good. The throne knows she’s a tribadist. Tain Hu has secured her revenge by ensuring there’s a secret held over her. Good work Tain Hu. You’ll die. But you’d have struck a significant blow before you do. It’s fuck Baru Cormorant everyday and twice on Sundays. The motherfucker.

She’s lost everything including the woman she loves to this woman before her, the woman she loves. FUCK!!

I am so mad. So mad at my gullibility. Because it was in the slow section I failed to give credence to the weight of the conversation that should have had me doubting Baru’s allegiances. I should have known! Lyxaxu knew!

Also, why are all the reviews so focused on her betrayal & killing of Tain Hu? She betrayed & killed EVERYONE who rode with her! Tain Hu was just another obstacle. The most emotive one, but still just another obstacle. Of course she was getting killed! I’m so angry. I’ve been waiting for this but it’s been soiled by all the betrayals that came before. I hate Baru & I’m going to hate her while reading Book 2.

I don’t want to partake in Traitor Baru’s treachery. Do not force me to partake in this fool’s treachery. A compound fool!
