MAN. The song references in this book HIT A FRICKING NERVE, MAN. Like, the lyrics mesh so well with the story, it’s actually gonna make me have a mental breakdown from the emotional complexity. I am SOBBING listening to Right Here by Ashes Remain like the absolute stereotypical emotional female I am. What do you MEAN these songs weren’t written JUST FOR THIS DAMN BOOK?? I actually cannot fathom the perfection.
